I have smoked several cheaper charge controllers by hooking them up to my 6 panel- 325-watt each- setup that is wired in series- with the output being over 125 volts. This unit handles my systems output with no problems and records a lot of data while performing daily. This OUTBACK brand - 80 amp-controller is top quality and easy to program with excellent instructions that are easy to follow. Very well- made and functions great with my system. Excellent find that keeps a 24 volt- 8- CR 430 amp/hr. batteries system-fully charged without over charging. Highly recommend for off- grid- remote cabins.
